No paid placement. No company can buy a position, a listing or a removal. Nothing on this site is for sale, no developer, broker or agency has paid for anything here, and no advertising is carried. Rank is computed from the public column named on this page and from nothing else.

02

How this list is ranked, and what would move a company up it

Rank is the hectare figure the source prints, largest first. Only two kinds of holding carry one: the land DSIRDA contributed to DICDL as equity, stated in the audited accounts, and the Tata Semiconductor SEZ footprint fixed at 66.166 hectares by the Gazette of India on 9 April 2026.

The SEZ figure is the notified zone footprint, not an allotment deed. The gazette states no allotment date, no tenure and no consideration, and it is not necessarily the total land that company holds in the region.

Dholera Industrial City Development Limited is the government joint-venture company that develops the region and publishes two of these three registers. Its land is equity contributed by DSIRDA rather than a commercial allotment, which is why its role is marked in the table rather than left to be inferred from its position.

What would move a company up this list. A government document publishing an area against its holding. Seven named allottees are unranked for exactly one reason: DICDL's annual report gives a single combined figure of 530 acres allotted at 31 March 2025 and names four companies against it without splitting it. Their absence from the ranking is a fact about the annual report, not about them, and this site will not divide a combined figure to fill the gap.

05

The aggregate the source does publish

  • 530 acres allotted to date at 31 March 2025, all allottees combined, DICDL annual report FY2024-25 p.20, tag OFFICIAL, last verified 4 August 2026
  • 1,519 acres stated as readily available for allotment same page, same date, tag OFFICIAL
  • 522 acres allotted to date at 31 March 2024, DICDL annual report FY2023-24, tag OFFICIAL

The source's wording is ambiguous: it says 1,519 acres is now readily available and then that 530 acres have already been allotted out of it. Both are reproduced as printed and no derived still-available figure is published here. Neither is the difference between 530 and 522 presented as a year's allotment, because the source does not present it that way.

Check every row yourself

Each row above carries the identifier of the record it came from and, where the source publishes one, a link straight to the government page. The rule used to join a name in one register to a name in another is set out on the methodology page, the full company set is at the register, and the whole thing is downloadable as JSON and CSV. If a row is wrong, send the public document that shows it and it will be corrected and dated: [email protected].
