None of these nine contractors holds a GujRERA registration in Dholera SIR, and none of the twenty-two registered promoters holds a DICDL contract. The companies that build the city and the companies that sell plots in it are, on the public record, two separate populations that do not overlap at all.
No paid placement. No company can buy a position, a listing or a removal. Nothing on this site is for sale, no developer, broker or agency has paid for anything here, and no advertising is carried. Rank is computed from the public column named on this page and from nothing else.
How this list is ranked, and what would move a company up it
Rank is the sum of disclosed award values where the company is the sole named awardee, then contract count, then name. Where a contract is held in joint venture the annual report gives one value for the venture and no split, so that value is not divided and not counted here. It is printed in full on each member's own page with the venture named.
Two awarded records carry no value in any source, including the terminated water treatment plant contract. They show as no value disclosed rather than as zero. One record is tagged REPORTED because it comes from trade press and no government document opened corroborates it, and it is never mixed into an OFFICIAL total without the tag being visible.
The annual report labels most of these figures total project cost rather than contract amount. Only the administration and business centre award is printed explicitly as a contract amount. That distinction is kept on every company page.
What would move a contractor up this list. A larger disclosed award, or DICDL publishing a value for an award it has so far described without one. Two contractors would enter the ranking the day a value is printed against their awards. Note what this list cannot see: the Government of India approved infrastructure packages totalling INR 2,784.83 crore for Dholera are not broken into contractors anywhere in the sources opened, so the contractors holding them are absent from this page entirely.
